A business day is an exchange day when most of its net sales rang up while the exchange was running, otherwise a
baseline day. Per-day means compare exchange days with baseline days on the same weekdays (a Thu–Sat exchange is not
measured against quiet Mondays). Net sales = after discounts, before tax and tips. Bill count = recorded, non-voided POS checks. Split checks count separately; this does not measure unique guests.
Merchants see the comparison in their Analytics only after ≥3 baseline days and ≥3 exchange days beating their (same-weekday) baseline.
